Street Health Outreach and COVID-19
The County of Alameda, in collaboration with Alameda County Health Care for the Homeless, Health Care Services Agency, Abode Services, and the State of California, has initiated Project Roomkey, opening Operation Comfort, isolation housing for symptomatic or COVID-19 infected people experiencing homelessness, as well as Operation Safer Ground, safe housing for high-risk people experiencing homelessness. Health Care Facilities (e.g., hospitals, health centers): If you are a health care facility, please submit your supply request using the Alameda County EMS COVID-19 online google doc link here.

- All supply requests, including personal protective equipment (PPE) and required supplies, must be submitted to your city's Office of Emergency Services (OES). Please contact your city’s OES lead or homeless services lead for more information.
- If your organization serves more than one city, please submit a separate supply request through each city’s OES.
- If you need additional assistance, please contact Alameda County Health Care for the Homeless at achch@acgov.org.
