Alameda County Health Care for the Homeless Commission
The ACHCH health center program is overseen by a community-based co-applicant governing board, the Alameda County Health Care for the Homeless Commission. For information on becoming a member of the ACHCH Commission, please check here.
In addition, ACHCH health center services provided by sub-recipient partner Alameda Health Services (AHS) are governed by the Alameda Health System Co-Applicant Board.

The Commission meets monthly at the offices of the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency at 1000 San Leandro Blvd., Suite 325, San Leandro, CA 94577. Meetings are open to the public. Please check the board agenda packet for details.
Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, including the shelter-in-place directives from local and State health officers, in person participation at Health Care for the Homeless meetings is limited to essential County of Alameda personnel. The meeting is closed to members of the public and non-essential County personnel. The public may observe and attend Commission meetings via Zoom link or by joining via phone at (669) 900-9128 (meeting ID#: 947 8219 8310; password: 064822).
