Vaccines and Tuberculosis Tests The ACHCH program provides some vaccinations, including flu shots, through our Shelter Health services. ACHCH provides a range of substance use and harm reduction services throughout our health center, including Street Health, Shelter Health, and primary care sites such as Trust Health Center and AHS primary care clinics. Substance use services provided at primary care clinics and through street health teams includes direct access to Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). ACHCH health center providers also provide substance use counseling and referrals to substance use treatment and harm reduction counseling and supplies including naloxone training and supplies to prevent opioid overdoses.

For help enrolling in Medi-Cal, Covered California, HealthPAC or other forms of health insurance, contact an Alameda County Health Care Services Agency Health Insurance Enrollment counselor at (800) 422-9495 or visit Alameda County Health Care Services Agency. Services are offered regardless of immigration status.
Alameda County's HealthPAC program provides health coverage for people who are not eligible for Medi-Cal due to immigration status or other reasons. You can also enroll in health insurance at community health clinics by calling one of the primary care centers listed above.
