Do You Have An Alameda County Housing Unit To Lease?

11/9/2020

The Alameda County’s program for property owners that have units available to lease is working to permanently house Alameda County residents in need, and offers a number of benefits including guaranteed on-time monthly payments, resident support services and additional financial incentives.

Given the critical need to ensure that all residents are able to secure safe and stable housing, Alameda County is looking for property owners that have units available to lease. Our programs are currently offering new landlords a $1,000 cash incentive, or a $500 incentive for current landlords offering new units into the program.  We also offer double the rent for security deposit, a $4,000 damage guarantee in addition to the security deposit, case management through one of the three agencies, and can pay for furnishings and minor improvements needed for our clients with owner approval.

If you, or someone you know has a housing unit for rent, please call (510) 777-2100 or email ACHomes@acgov.org. The flyer below includes additional information about how the program works and how property owners can get involved.
